Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Officer to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition, create welcoming onboarding experiences, nurture a respectful and growth‑focused culture, and support performance management and HR compliance for our fully remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition, from sourcing candidates to extending offers.
• Design and deliver onboarding experiences that make new teammates feel truly welcomed.
• Foster a workplace culture rooted in respect, engagement, and growth.
• Support performance management, teammate relations, and HR compliance.
• Serve as a trusted resource for teammates at every level of the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
• People‑first mindset, empathetic leadership, and intentional action.
• Experience with HR tools and systems (BambooHR or similar is a plus).
• Strong communicator—clear, warm, and professional.
• Highly organized, discreet, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup.
