About the role
We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Officer to join our team and help shape a supportive workplace. In this role you will drive recruitment, champion employee welfare, and ensure our policies align with legal standards and business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Support employee welfare initiatives and promote a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Assist in aligning HR rules and procedures with organizational objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a field‑based role.
