Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will join Motorcentral Group of Companies in Davao to implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support business goals and foster a positive work environment across the company’s branches.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and counseling.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and job description development.
• Assist in performance management processes and coordinate training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
• Collaborate closely with branch management to address HR issues promptly.

Required profile

• Experience with core HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Proficiency in drafting and updating HR policies and job descriptions.
• Strong background in employee relations, engagement, and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and experience in recruitment/onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on‑site across multiple branches.
