Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead HR operations for a fast‑growing real‑estate consultancy in Taguig, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and the full employee lifecycle.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, performance management systems and training programmes.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal policies.
• Handle employee relations, resolve workplace issues and maintain accurate HR records.
• Support compensation and benefits administration.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Maintain and optimise HRIS or related systems.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Experience developing HR policies and ensuring compliance with Philippine labor regulations.
• Background in training, coaching and capability building for diverse teams.
• Proficiency in HR administration, including accurate record‑keeping and HRIS management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM) are a plus.
• Previous experience in an HR leadership or managerial role, preferably in real‑estate or professional services.
