About the role

Bestpak Packaging Solutions, a leading packaging supplier in the Philippines, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions. The role will shape a positive workplace culture, ensure legal compliance, and align HR initiatives with business goals across office, warehouse, and manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop talent‑attraction strategies to reduce time‑to‑hire.
• Maintain relationships with agencies, universities and other talent partners.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, manage contracts, and provide legal support for employment matters.
• Oversee accurate, timely payroll processing and coordinate with finance.
• Administer employee benefits, allowances and compensation programs.
• Design and execute employee engagement, morale‑boosting, and retention initiatives.
• Analyze turnover data and employee feedback to address concerns proactively.
• Lead organizational development, training needs assessment, and leadership development programs.
• Collaborate with executives and department heads to align HR strategy with business objectives.
• Serve as liaison between local teams and global stakeholders.
• Mentor and manage the HR team, handling complex employee relations and performance management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing HR functions across office, warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor legislation and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee‑relations processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
