Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources and Administration Manager to lead our HR function, overseeing employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation, and office administration. The role will partner with department heads to align talent strategies with business needs and ensure a compliant, engaging workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, collaborating with managers to define job requirements and attract qualified candidates.
• Forecast staffing needs and maintain an accurate employee database.
• Design and deliver new‑hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Administer compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary actions, investigations, and performance‑management processes.
• Provide guidance on complex employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Monitor fixed‑asset inventory, office maintenance, and supervise utility personnel.
• Stay current on HR best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Sociology, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
