Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the development, implementation, and governance of HR policies and processes. This role ensures compliance with Philippine labor regulations while supporting the organization’s operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, document, and implement HR policies, employee handbook, code of conduct, leave and attendance rules, and disciplinary procedures.
• Monitor policy compliance, recommend corrective actions, and update policies as the organization evolves.
• Establish HR governance processes for employee records, payroll controls, benefits administration, and documentation.
• Provide HR guidance on employee relations, performance, attendance, and disciplinary matters while maintaining confidentiality.
• Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing, validate attendance, leaves, overtime, commissions, and ensure timely salary release.
• Lead selection, setup, and administration of an HR Management System (HRMS), including data migration and user training.
• Maintain accurate employee information in the HRMS and coordinate with technical support for system improvements.
• Support compliance with Philippine labor regulations and statutory benefit requirements.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and judgment skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proven experience in policy development, payroll administration, and HR governance.
