About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives. The role involves shaping HR policies, driving talent acquisition, and ensuring a supportive work environment that aligns with our organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and integrate new hires across all departments.
• Manage performance appraisal cycles, provide constructive feedback, and support employee development.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies, programs, and best practices.
• Collaborate with managers to improve talent acquisition strategies and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Proven ability to design and enhance recruitment processes.
• Strong communication, critical‑thinking, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment in handling confidential information.
