Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate records management, and efficient off‑boarding while aligning HR operations with business goals in a BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, employee records, and off‑boarding processes.
• Manage HR operational systems such as Vincere.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures for the service/BPO industry.
• Monitor and improve HR workflows, including time‑keeping software.
• Generate regular HR reports on headcount, turnover, and compliance.
• Collaborate with management on strategic workforce planning and organizational development.
• Address employee concerns with team leaders to maintain a productive environment.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Implement performance management, KPIs, and SLAs for HR services.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
• Develop and manage compensation policies, salary structures, and benefits programs.
• Oversee payroll accuracy in partnership with finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a global setting.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and statutory benefits.
• Proven experience in performance management and change management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
