Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the full spectrum of HR activities for a busy airport environment, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance the workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations including onboarding, transfers, contract management, attendance, and off‑boarding.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, airport authority requirements, and internal policies.
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to airport operations leaders, handling employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for frontline and managerial roles, building talent pipelines and monitoring hiring metrics.
• Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and retention programs in a multicultural, customer‑facing setting.
• Support performance review cycles, KPI setting, coaching managers, and coordinating learning initiatives.
• Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, salary benchmarking, and annual compensation reviews.
• Prepare monthly HR reports, headcount analysis, and workforce dashboards to inform data‑driven decisions.
• Lead and develop the local HR team, promoting process improvements and alignment with regional HR strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 7–10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Prior experience in airport, hospitality, retail or service operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven track record in high‑volume recruitment and operational HR.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
