Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organization. This role partners with senior management to ensure compliance, promote employee morale, and support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and recommend HR policies, objectives, and employee‑relation practices.
• Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
• Oversee compliance reporting, approve submitted information, and protect employee and company interests.
• Approve termination recommendations and manage employee appeals through compliant procedures.
• Establish wage and salary structures, pay policies, performance appraisal programs, and benefit services.
• Direct recruiting, placement, and executive‑level interview processes.
• Manage in‑house training programs and provide educational materials to line management and staff.
• Define HR program authority, responsibilities, and provide guidance to line managers.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of HR policies, trends, and metrics to inform senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Working knowledge of local employment legislation.
• In‑depth understanding of HR practices and procedures across all functional areas.
• Bachelor’s degree required; HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
