About the role

RDR Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to join its team in the Philippines. You will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR practices align with company objectives and local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
• Maintain HR administration, HRIS data, and basic HR reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal standards.
• Support a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of general HR functions and Philippine labor legislation.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous HR Generalist experience preferred.
• Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to produce basic HR reports.
