Human Resources Coordinator – Night Shift (Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our Manila‑area office on the night shift. In this onsite position you will support the HR team by maintaining accurate employee records, handling routine inquiries and assisting with onboarding and employee events.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date physical and digital HR files and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
• Respond to standard employee and applicant questions regarding policies, benefits and hiring processes, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Conduct periodic audits of HR documentation to verify completeness and compliance.
• Provide clerical support, including data entry into HRIS, scheduling, and tracking training or license renewal deadlines.
• Assist with new‑hire orientation logistics and coordinate special events such as benefits enrollment, meetings, recognition ceremonies and holiday parties.

Required profile

• Proven experience entering data accurately into HRIS or HR databases and managing employee files.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive payroll, medical and personal data with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling, deadline tracking and general department support.
• Ability to answer routine HR policy and benefits questions clearly and professionally.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, ADP, Rippling).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
