Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Remote Human Resources Coordinator to connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S. healthcare organizations. You will play a pivotal part in building compassionate teams that directly improve patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews using HelloHire or similar tools.
• Leverage platforms like CareerPlug, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and job boards for outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics (application rates, interviews, time‑to‑hire) and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in fast‑paced recruiting, preferably within healthcare.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfort with shifting priorities and meeting hiring targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HelloHire.
• Experience using CareerPlug.
• Effective sourcing on LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Familiarity with ATS management and background‑check procedures.
