Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Officer – Business Partner acts as a strategic HR partner for the Head Office, supporting workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational effectiveness. The role works closely with leaders and employees to create a positive, fair work environment and align people strategies with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, and off‑boarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and HRIS data.
• Support employee and labor relations by handling workplace concerns, disciplinary processes, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and execute employee engagement programs that promote an inclusive work environment.
• Identify learning needs and implement training and development initiatives.
• Drive organizational effectiveness through performance management, succession planning, workforce analytics, and headcount management.

Required profile

• Preferably an Industrial Engineering graduate.
• Experience in process improvement, process mapping, or business process analysis.
• Background in Human Resources, preferably in HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Relations, or HR Shared Services.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Experience in retail or multi‑site operations is an advantage.
