Human Resources Associate

About the role

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Associate to support its plant operations in Dasmarinas, Cavite. Reporting to the Plant HR Manager, you will help create a harmonious work environment that enables the plant to meet its production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Plant HR Manager in aligning HR activities with plant objectives across operations, maintenance, logistics, quality assurance, warehousing and administration.
• Promote industrial peace and harmony while ensuring the workforce can deliver required volume output.
• Support employee relations initiatives and address workplace concerns.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar industrial or manufacturing HR setting.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and core HRM functions.
• Post‑graduate degree in Business, Industrial Relations or related field is an advantage.
• Familiarity with food‑industry management systems such as EHS, GMP, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, HALAL and FSSC is a plus.
• Excellent communication and administrative abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Team‑player, customer‑centric and innovative attitude.
