Human Resources Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team in maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This role is project‑based for four months and offers the chance to work within a leading logistics company.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain employee records, databases, and HR trackers.
• Validate employee information and follow up on missing or incomplete documents.
• Organize, file, and preserve HR documents and employee records.
• Receive and monitor employee inquiries and document requests through HR communication channels.
• Prepare, organize, and distribute HR notices and communications.
• Maintain trackers for employee requests, notices, and other HR transactions.
• Coordinate with employees and internal departments to complete HR administrative requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• Strong organizational and document‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to handle confidential information.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to engage in a 4‑month project‑based employment.
