Human Resources Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst to support the management and administration of our employee benefits programs. The role will work closely with HR, finance, and external providers to ensure accurate benefits delivery and compliance with Philippine labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing statutory and non‑statutory benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, HMO, and insurance programs.
• Gather, analyze, and benchmark benefits data; maintain up‑to‑date records of enrollments, compensation changes, onboarding and off‑boarding documentation.
• Prepare payroll instructions related to benefits, allowances, deductions and coordinate with Finance Shared Services.
• Liaise with government agencies and external providers for compliance submissions and employee inquiries.
• Support internal audits, benefits reviews and the preparation of management reports.
• Address employee questions and resolve issues concerning benefits.
• Contribute to the implementation of HR programs and employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Benefits administration (statutory and non‑statutory).
• Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, HMO and insurance programs.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
