Human Resource Officer

About the role

The Human Resource Officer will manage key stages of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and off‑boarding. Working closely with hiring managers and the HR Director, the role ensures a positive employee experience and supports the organization’s talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating offers.
• Coordinate pre‑employment checks, onboarding activities, new‑hire orientation and early‑stage check‑ins.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee concerns, handle grievances and support disciplinary processes.
• Oversee the performance management cycle, track evaluations, and assist with Performance Improvement Plans.
• Support employee engagement programs, events, surveys and internal communications.
• Maintain accurate employee 201 files, HR documentation and assist with audits.
• Coordinate off‑boarding, exit interviews and capture turnover analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably covering recruitment and employee relations.
• Knowledge of Philippine HR practices and employment regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience using an HRIS or recruitment system.
