Human Resource Manager

About the role

The Human Resource Manager will lead all HR activities for a new property, guiding both the pre‑opening phase and ongoing operations. This role is responsible for shaping HR strategy, ensuring compliance, and building a strong employee experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Human Resources functions during pre‑opening and operational phases.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals and labor regulations.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment for pre‑opening manpower needs, including sourcing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Establish and maintain employee records, HR systems, and the organizational structure for the new property.
• Manage employee relations, including discipline, grievance handling, and policy compliance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Develop and deliver training programs, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration in coordination with Finance and Corporate HR.
• Support performance management processes, including evaluations, regularization, and succession planning.
• Coordinate closely with department heads and management to ensure smooth pre‑opening and operational readiness.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR functions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices.
• Ability to design and implement HR policies, recruitment processes, and training programs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for managing employee relations and cross‑functional coordination.
