Human Resource Business Partner Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resource Business Partner Specialist to support our workforce through strategic employee relations, HR operations, and compliance initiatives. The role will partner with business units to drive effective manpower planning, employee engagement, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and case management, including disciplinary processes and employee separation.
• Lead internal communications, employee engagement programs, and consultative council support.
• Oversee business unit compliance, workforce planning, and HR data management.
• Drive performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and stakeholder feedback mechanisms.
• Provide HR operational support, employee services, and handle other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related behavioral science field.
• 3‑5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations and operations.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws, disciplinary case handling, manpower planning, and employee separation.
• Experience with employee councils or similar consultative bodies is an advantage.
• High integrity, ability to handle sensitive information, and capacity to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
