HRBS Content Management Analyst – Fixed Term (1 Year)

About the role

The Content Management Analyst supports the creation, localisation and improvement of knowledge‑base content for Nestlé’s employee platforms, ensuring accuracy and easy access. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the analyst delivers high‑quality, brand‑aligned content that enhances the employee experience and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain knowledge‑base articles, FAQs, procedures, policies and L5s.
• Create and distribute communication kits via Me@Nestlé banners, email blasts and other market channels.
• Adapt global HR content to meet local cultural, linguistic and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the full content lifecycle – creation, review, approval, publication and retirement – ensuring NIVA readiness.
• Coordinate multilingual translations and localisation for different geographies.
• Structure content for digital channels such as the Me@Nestlé portal, NIVA chatbot and mobile apps, and support chatbot training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Design, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum of one year experience in knowledge or content management.
• Experience in a Shared Services or Global Business Services environment is an advantage.
