About the role
We are looking for an HR Supervisor to lead Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and Service Provider coordination at our Bonifacio Global City office. The role oversees the full employment lifecycle while fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete employment lifecycle from recruitment to off‑boarding.
- Nurture a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal policies.
- Coordinate with service providers (SP) to ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Support initiatives that promote work‑life balance.
- Monitor and update HR policies to reflect current regulations.
Required profile
- Experience in talent acquisition (TA) and employee relations (ER) functions.
- Strong understanding of employment regulations.
