HR Supervisor (Recruitment)

About the role

Studio West is looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to lead end‑to‑end recruitment and HR business partnering. You will ensure consistent implementation of recruitment programs, guide a team of HR specialists, and collaborate with department leaders to meet organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily recruitment operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Lead and develop the HR team, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Drive continuous process improvements and implement best‑practice talent acquisition strategies.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and align talent pipelines.
• Monitor HR metrics and analytics to support data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years of HR experience in a supervisory or lead role covering recruitment, learning & development, and HR partnering.
• Proven experience managing a team of HR specialists.
• Strong background in end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Adaptable, strategic, and able to handle shifting priorities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
