About the role

Join Procter & Gamble's Candidate Management Centre (CMC) as an HR Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping the recruitment experience for the region. You will work within a dynamic team that supports the entire hiring lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and memorable journey for pre‑hires.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve daily operations of the recruitment and selection process.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to attract and hire the best qualified candidates.
• Generate, maintain, and verify the accuracy of dashboards, scorecards, and databases used throughout the recruitment workflow.
• Provide planning, logistics, and administrative support for global talent‑supply initiatives.
• Engage with market leaders on organizational change, adoption, and execution of global HR initiatives.
• Act as P&G’s ambassador to candidates, stewarding a positive candidate experience.
• Lead regional social‑media initiatives, including content posting, optimization, and ad management.

Required profile

• Strong operational discipline with the ability to manage time and resources effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Proven administrative expertise with meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Collaboration skills to work with teams of varied roles, levels, and backgrounds.
• Ability to develop deep technical understanding of complex recruitment processes and tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays when required.
