About the role
We are seeking an HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting vacancies to onboarding new hires. The role involves coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and maintaining our applicant database.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end‑to‑end recruitment process.
- Post job advertisements on various job portals and recruitment engines.
- Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates.
- Conduct background checks.
- Communicate job requirements and duties to prospective candidates.
- Maintain the internal applicant database.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment processes.
- Graduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or Behavioral Sciences.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Applications.
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques.
- Fast learner able to work with minimal supervision.
- Team player, flexible and capable of multitasking.
