HR Officer

About the role

The HR Officer will provide essential support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth execution of HR initiatives and maintaining operational efficiency. The role reports to the HR Manager and works closely with staff across the organization to ensure HR processes are aligned with business needs. This position offers an opportunity to develop a solid foundation in HR operations within a dynamic corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in HR programs and activities, helping to coordinate and execute departmental initiatives.
• Support budget planning processes, preparing data and assisting in financial forecasting for HR.
• Monitor expenditures, tracking spending against allocated budgets and reporting variances.
• Oversee the department’s administrative requirements, managing documentation, records, and routine tasks.
