HR Manager

About the role

TaskUs is seeking an HR Manager to lead human‑resource initiatives across its global sites. The role partners with business and functional stakeholders to design and execute strategies that boost performance and employee satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction (eSAT) scores.
• Provide counseling and guidance to employees and supervisors.
• Oversee orientation, onboarding, and training programs for new hires.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and terminations, including exit interviews.
• Draft, update, and enforce employee policies, rules, and regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing HR activities at a site or regional level.
• Strong ability to partner with business leaders and functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for counseling and conflict resolution.
• Capability to design and execute employee‑engagement initiatives.
