HR Manager

About the role

The HR Manager will attract, develop, engage and retain the talent that builds AMC, while fostering a culture rooted in the INSPIRE values and the company’s mission. Reporting to senior leadership, this role partners with the VP/COO and business unit heads to shape workforce strategy and drive organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all HR functions including recruitment, compensation, records management, employee relations and training.
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs and systems aligned with AMC’s mission and INSPIRE values.
• Partner with the VP/COO and business unit heads on organizational development and workforce planning.
• Design and oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract quality hires that fit AMC’s culture.
• Manage performance management, succession planning and employee development programs.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and ensure compliance with DOLE, labor laws and government regulations.
• Champion AMC’s culture and build an environment where INSPIRE values are lived daily.
• Develop and coach the HR team.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in organizational development and culture building.
