About the role
Join the inaugural voice center team and help shape its HR function from the ground up. As an HR Generalist you will work full‑time on‑site in Quezon City, supporting employees during the graveyard shift while fostering an open‑door culture.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in establishing HR processes for the new voice center.
- Gather and act on employee feedback through an open‑door policy.
- Manage day‑to‑day HR tasks during graveyard hours.
- Ensure compliance with on‑site HR operations and company policies.
Required profile
- Willingness to work the graveyard shift.
- Comfortable working full‑time on‑site in Quezon City.
- Enthusiastic about building an HR function from scratch.
