About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our first voice centre in Quezon City. This full‑time, on‑site position offers a competitive base salary plus a substantial monthly allowance, allowing you to help shape our employee experience from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Support the graveyard shift schedule and ensure seamless HR services across all hours.
Facilitate open‑door communication channels and gather employee feedback to improve workplace policies.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labour regulations.

Required profile

Strong understanding of HR best practices and Philippine labour law.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team.
