HR Generalist – Investigations & Case Management

About the role

TaskUs is seeking an HR Generalist focused on investigations and case management to join its People First culture. In this individual‑contributor role you will lead internal investigations, manage employee‑relations cases, and ensure consistent application of policies while protecting the organization from risk.

Key responsibilities

• Lead impartial investigations into harassment, discrimination, bullying, and policy violations.
• Oversee case lifecycles from intake through resolution, including evidence collection and witness interviews.
• Identify and flag high‑risk situations, escalating them to HR leadership as needed.
• Serve as a resource on company policies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain confidential, accurate records of investigations, interview notes, evidence, and final reports.
• Collaborate with managers and HR partners to drive fair and timely case outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience conducting workplace investigations and managing employee‑relations cases.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law compliance.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
