HR Generalist (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join our team and manage end‑to‑end human resources functions in a fast‑paced environment. The role involves supporting both frontline and managerial staff while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations across multiple operational areas.
• Administer payroll, timekeeping, and statutory reporting.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
• Provide guidance on labor regulations and company policies.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail, or other high‑volume settings.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and statutory requirements.
• Experience managing the full HR lifecycle rather than a single specialty.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and confidentiality skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using HRIS or payroll systems.
