HR Generalist – 1 Year Fixed-Term

About the role

The HR Generalist will provide end‑to‑end human resources support across core HR functions, ensuring consistent application of policies while driving employee engagement and supporting business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate pre‑employment requirements, pre‑boarding activities and facilitate onboarding and orientation programs.
• Manage employee records, address concerns, grievances and disciplinary cases, and support workplace investigations.
• Administer compensation and benefits, including payroll inputs, validation, leave, insurance and allowances.
• Identify training needs in partnership with business leaders and support learning initiatives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day facility operations for office and plant common areas.
• Maintain accurate HR databases and generate HR reports.
• Promote employee engagement by organizing company events and fostering a positive work culture.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR policies, recruitment, employee relations and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously and maintain confidentiality.
