HR Employee Engagement Manager

About the role

The HR Employee Engagement Manager will design and execute a comprehensive employee engagement strategy that strengthens our culture and deepens commitment to the organization’s brand, mission, and values. You will lead communication, events, and feedback initiatives while measuring their impact across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an overall employee engagement strategy.
• Create and distribute internal communications such as emails, newsletters, and videos.
• Lead the employee experience communication strategy, ensuring tone and messaging align with brand values.
• Manage employee feedback processes, prioritize critical areas, and drive action plans.
• Provide coaching to leaders on engagement and cultural initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate a variety of engagement activities and events.
• Support engagement surveys and conduct round‑table sessions with staff.
• Maintain reports and a repository of engagement materials.
• Analyze results of engagement programs and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of direct HR experience, preferably in employee engagement.
• Proven track record of implementing high‑impact HR initiatives.
• Experience in internal communications and event management.
• Strong project management and presentation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
