HR Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to lead the coordination of our performance management process across all levels, ensuring alignment with Autohub’s strategic goals and vision.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and document strategic planning, operational planning, monthly performance reviews, and semi‑annual/annual performance evaluations.
• Monitor compliance with the Autohub Performance Management System guidelines.
• Provide technical support through coaching and feedback sessions for unit heads.
• Maintain performance databases and records accurately.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in performance management or analysis (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
