HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support our fintech business units in Taguig. The role will partner with line managers to drive employee engagement, manage performance processes, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the HR point of contact for assigned departments.
• Support employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
• Assist in implementing performance management processes, including evaluations, coaching, and feedback.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for hiring requirements and onboarding support.
• Help drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in HR reporting and tracking of basic metrics such as attrition and attendance.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role.
• Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in fintech, banking, lending, or financial services is an advantage.
