HR Associate - Talent Selection and Management

About the role

We are looking for an energetic HR Associate to lead talent selection and management activities. You will play a pivotal role in attracting, assessing, and onboarding the right candidates while supporting the company’s broader talent acquisition strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes to fill positions efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Assist in designing and executing internal and external talent acquisition strategies across multiple channels, including employee referrals, internal promotions, job boards, social media, agency partners, campus recruiting, and job fairs.
• Interview candidates, administer assessment tests, and ensure evaluations follow established guidelines and recruitment standards.
• Perform background checks and verify pre‑employment documentation for compliance and filing purposes.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and support other HR tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or related marketing functions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to work with all management levels.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent oral and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Familiarity with job board platforms.
