About the role
Join PwC's Internal Firm Services team as an HR Associate focused on recruitment. You will support the Firm’s people strategy by engaging qualified candidates, building relationships with job seekers, and helping the business meet its dynamic hiring needs across all levels.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively assist the team in various aspects of recruitment projects.
- Prepare and deliver recruitment-related deliverables.
- Contribute to the development of your own and the team’s technical acumen.
- Stay up‑to‑date with local and national business and economic trends.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Develop internal relationships and promote the PwC brand.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team of consultants.
- Interest in staying informed about business and economic issues.
