About the role
We are looking for an HR Associate focused on employee data management to join our team in Mandaluyong City. The role supports onboarding, off‑boarding, expat assignments and ensures accurate employee records across HR systems.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality HR services including onboarding, off‑boarding and expat management.
- Maintain and update employee records in SAP and other HR data platforms with high accuracy.
- Support implementation of HR processes, programs, system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create and update work instructions and ensure documentation follows current processes.
- Offer basic support for minor HR issues and act as backup for bulk data requests.
- Audit data integrity, resolve discrepancies and assist with HR reporting and ad‑hoc tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a shared services or HR data environment.
- Strong analytical, time‑management and confidentiality skills.
- Ability to work under pressure both independently and within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Required skills
- SAP (HR module) proficiency.
