About the role
We are looking for a dedicated HR / Admin Officer to join our team in Calamba on a full‑time, on‑site basis. In this role you will support all core HR functions, ensure compliance with local labor regulations, and help create a positive employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and update HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor and employment laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, from posting vacancies to conducting interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training programs for new hires.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
