Hotel Sales Executive

About the role

The Hotel Sales Executive will drive B Coffee PH’s presence in the hospitality sector by identifying, engaging, and managing hotel accounts. This role combines sales outreach, relationship building, and product expertise to deliver coffee solutions that meet hotel guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and nurture hotel accounts, presenting B Coffee PH products and solutions.
• Prospect new hotel partners, conduct sales calls and meetings, and prepare proposals.
• Negotiate terms, coordinate product demonstrations or tastings, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams.

Required profile

• Proven sales and account‑management experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or related industries.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities in English.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset with a focus on long‑term satisfaction.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Basic business and marketing understanding, with the ability to interpret sales data.
• Comfort using productivity tools, CRM or sales‑tracking systems, and willingness to travel within Pasig and nearby areas.
