Hotel Reservation Online Assistant – Weekends Off

About the role

We are looking for experienced Online Assistants to join our growing Hotel Reservation Team. The role focuses on providing chat and email support for hotel bookings, ensuring a customer‑first experience in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via chat and email with hotel bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and inquiries.
• Provide accurate and timely information on room availability, pricing, and hotel policies.
• Maintain high customer service standards in every interaction.
• Update customer records and reservation details in the internal system.
• Follow internal guidelines to ensure quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Completed High School (K–12 or Old Curriculum).
• At least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Keen eye for detail and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Solid computer and typing skills.
• Ability to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday (weekends off).
