About the role

Join a fast‑paced BPO environment as a Hotel Reservation Agent, helping guests secure hotel bookings and resolve reservation queries. This entry‑level position offers paid training and a clear path for career growth in hospitality and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
• Assist with hotel bookings, cancellations, rebookings, and modifications.
• Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and hotel policies.
• Document all interactions in the system and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer‑satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• High School or Senior High School graduate (college education is a plus).
• No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work onsite in Malate, Manila on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
