About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our Hotel Reservation team. The role involves assisting guests with bookings, cancellations, modifications, and special requests while delivering excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound hotel reservation inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Assist customers with booking, cancellations, modifications, and special requests.
- Provide accurate information on hotel policies, rates, and promotions.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex or urgent issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate or recent graduate seeking entry‑level experience.
- Strong communication skills for phone, chat, and email interactions.
- Ability to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
