Hotel Nurse

About the role

The Hotel Nurse provides essential medical care and health‑safety support to guests and staff within a busy hospitality environment. You will act as the first point of contact for health emergencies, promote wellness, and ensure compliance with occupational health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver basic medical care and first‑aid treatment to guests and team members.
• Promote health‑safety practices throughout the hotel.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate further care when needed.
• Maintain occupational health records and ensure compliance with local health regulations.
• Support wellness initiatives and health‑education programs for staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or equivalent medical qualification).
• Minimum 2 years experience in a hospitality or similar setting.
• Valid PRC Licensed/Registered Nurse.
• BOSH Training Certificate.
• Preferably certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Canva.
