Home Care Scheduler – Remote

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a remote Home Care Scheduler to keep caregiver schedules running smoothly for U.S.-based home‑care clients. You will act as the behind‑the‑scenes coordinator who ensures seniors receive consistent, compassionate care.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain up‑to‑date caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly to shift cancellations or no‑shows and arrange replacements.
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers using the company VoIP system.
• Update records and case notes in the WellSky platform (training provided).
• Collaborate with the operations team to flag staffing issues and maintain smooth coverage.
• Conduct regular check‑ins with caregivers and generate weekly staffing reports for leadership.

Required profile

• Previous experience in scheduling, preferably in healthcare or home‑care settings.
• Calm under pressure with strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with caregivers and clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a VoIP phone system.
• Experience using WellSky or willingness to learn the platform.
