Home-Based Training Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Home-Based Training Specialist to deliver high‑quality training sessions for our clients. The role blends virtual instruction with occasional onsite workshops, focusing on user adoption of business applications and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs using adult‑learning principles and storytelling techniques.
• Conduct webinars, virtual classrooms, and in‑person workshops on topics such as critical thinking, communication, leadership, and business development.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, identifying training needs and broader development opportunities for individuals and teams.
• Integrate AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot into productivity and growth frameworks.
• Collect and analyze learner feedback to measure skill acquisition and behavioral impact.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create comprehensive learning pathways.
• Handle administrative and reporting tasks related to training delivery.
• Travel as needed to facilitate onsite sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate training, professional development, coaching, or adult education.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight or graveyard shifts when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using virtual training platforms such as Zoom, WebEx, and Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot.
