Hire to Retire Content Management Supervisor

Key responsibilities

• Lead Content Management operations to ensure reliable, high‑quality service delivery aligned with business and market needs.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted partner for employee and customer experience.
• Participate in operational reviews with markets, proactively addressing concerns and escalations.
• Manage team capacity, workload distribution and resource allocation to optimise utilisation and efficiency.
• Develop and refine capacity planning models to meet evolving business requirements.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and market‑related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor compliance with controls, SOPs and best practices, delivering reporting and analytics for data‑driven decisions.
• Coach, develop and engage team members through performance management, succession planning and capability building.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Proven experience leading HR Operations, Shared Services or Content Management teams in a multinational environment.
• Strong people‑leadership experience, including coaching, performance management and employee development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage service level agreements, productivity targets and operational performance metrics.
• Experience in workforce planning, capacity management and resource optimisation.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
