Helpdesk Technician

About the role

As an IT Helpdesk Technician at TSA Group, you will be the first point of contact for internal users needing technical assistance. You will deliver prompt, effective support to minimise disruption and help maintain smooth business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support via phone, email or in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Guide users through problem resolution and escalate when necessary.
• Log, track and follow up on incidents to ensure closure.
• Install, configure and maintain desktops and laptops.
• Support local and remote network connectivity.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Recommend improvements to IT processes and support services.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as an L1 IT Helpdesk Technician.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices and basic networking.
• Experience with help‑desk tools and remote‑support applications.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Calm, patient and professional when handling issues.
